Our ability to hit the smallest targets in the finest geometries is achieved through use of our klingenberg alpha auto drilling machine. Precision drilling to accommodate 50 thou and the even finer "focal probe" with a typical 38 thou grid is not an issue for the alpha with the accuracy and repeatability that it delivers over its full drilling bed. This is in the region of 0.005mm with performance maintained at Elite by the equipment manufacturer.

Wiring and checking is processed on our fixture motion auto wire machines linked to our fixture fast software. Electronic links between all the key drilling and wiring processes means that data once processed and authorised for release into our manufacturing process has no manual intervention resulting in less opportunity for failure.

Our assembly and special components processes benefit from the acurite mill centre and king rich dpm nc drill centre. These in- house resources means that we can be flexible and manufacture special components as needed by your fixture rather than comprimising with a "standard" component that does not quite do the job.

Our virtual manufacturing team comprising local suppliers who help with sheet metal work, stripping, painting and silk screening allow us to design and manufacture fixture kits to a higher specification than available on the market.

Our manufacturing capability is extended through our indian office situated in the industrial heart of Delhi, India to enable a wide range of components to be sourced from quality suppliers in that region. This manufacturing and procurement service we can extend to our customers here in Europe
