Data Prep
The Data Prep team is an essential link to our clients, responsible for verifying specifications, instructions and data.
They act as an important and fully-informed point of contact during the lifespan of a test fixture manufacturing job, keeping customers informed about schedule updates, such as supplier issues that might affect lead times.
The Data Prep department will liaise with your engineers to collect and organise the data necessary to test your electronic components, pre-processing the data to ensure it is accurate and consistent, before creating and issuing job instructions to other Elite departments.
Where necessary, the Data Prep team creates CNC drilling/milling programs using 2D CAD software to automate the testing process, configuring and customising a test fixture to meet the specific needs of your manufacturing process.
Like every Elite Interfaces department, they have their own set of quality checks at every step of the process to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency.
The department is also responsible for supplying product documentation to your own specification as part of Elite's commitment to excellence in custom communication and support from beginning to end.
