The Stores team is involved in every aspect of the production process, working closely with the Design and Assembly departments to ensure that necessary materials and components are available when needed and in constant communication with other departments and with suppliers.
The Stores department negotiates with suppliers to get the best possible price for materials; wherever possible, passing those savings to Elite's customers. And they keep meticulous records of all inventory, including raw materials, components, and finished products, as well as anticipating the ongoing requirements of all other departments, essential for ensuring that the company can meet customer demands.
